Included in your eCredable Business Lift plan, your subscription is reported as a new account to D&B, Experian, and Equifax. D&B adds this as a tradeline to your D&B credit report which helps thicken your credit file. Experian and Equifax recognize this is a NET 30 account and will help you raise the following credit scores:
- Experian Intelliscore
- Equifax Credit Risk Score
Additionally, business accounts that you link can be reported to Equifax. There are two ways to report your business accounts to the participating business credit bureaus:
First, you can automatically link and report unlimited accounts with companies we connect to. We connect to over ~1,500 utility companies, vendors, suppliers, and business service providers across the U.S. When linking your accounts, we can securely download your account details and up to 24 months of payment history directly from your online account on the provider's website. Then automatically report the accounts to Equifax monthly.
To link your accounts on eCredable, please use these steps:

On your eCredable dashboard, click the +Link New Utility Account

Confirm this account is your name as the business owner, the name of an owner/officer, or the business name

Search for your wireless/phone carrier, utility company, service provider, vendor, or supplier—click next

Enter your username or password—click Link Account

Please wait. The eCredable website may ask you to request and enter a one-time passcode (OTP), which may be sent to you by text or email
Second, for accounts you want to link that are not listed, you can add them via On-Demand Account Verification. Due to provider site limitations and major business credit reporting requirements, eCredable is unable to automatically connect to every website or system to report your accounts. However, we recognize that businesses have a wide range of accounts, and we want to help you get credit for as many of them as possible!
The On-Demand Account Verification authorizes eCredable to verify your account information and up to 24 months of payment history using digital statements that you upload to eCredable. On-Demand Account Verifications cost $24.95 per account, per request and are reported one time per request. To set this up, please see below:
Step one: Add account
- Select +Add New OnDemand Verified Account.
- Review and accept the eligibility criteria for reporting, then click Next.
- Input the company information for the account, and your account number (use N/A if not applicable), and click Save.
Step two: Order On-Demand Account Verification
- Go to Account Verifications.
- Review and accept the eligibility criteria for reporting, then click Order On-Demand Account Verification.
- Select the accounts you wish to have manually verified and click Next.
- Review and agree to the terms and conditions of the verification process and click Next.
- Select Submit Payment and complete checkout.
Step three: Upload digital statements
- Go to Settings.
- Select Files.
- Select + button
- Choose Select files...
- Select files from your computer.
- Click Open.
Most accounts take 5 - 7 business days to be verified. Once the account is verified, it will report to Equifax within 30 days.
